Letter of Credit (preferred for first orders), T/T (bank transfer), negotiable after relationship established.

How long does shipping take?

Europe 10-27 days, USA 55-60 days, China 30-45 days. Plus your local customs clearance time.

Do you provide samples?

Yes. 5kg samples for qualified buyers. You pay shipping, we pay product.

What to put in an enquiry

A quote is priced from four inputs

Grade, packaging, Incoterm and port of discharge. With those we price the lane; without them we write back to ask.

Grade. Unrefined Grade A for cosmetics, soap, hair and body care; refined N-RBD for food, CBE, pharmaceutical excipient and neutral cosmetic bases; shea press cake for feed, soap input and biomass. If you are undecided, the grade guide and the butter comparisons help.

Quantity and pack. 20 t (trial from 5 t); lined cartons, drums, IBC or flexi-tank. The container calculator shows how a tonnage fills a 20 ft or 40 ft box.

Incoterm and port. EXW, FOB or CIF — the buyer chooses. Load ports are Apapa (Lagos) and Tin Can Island (Lagos); the destination side — duty, regulator, documents, transit — is on the import guides by country.

What comes back

A priced quote for the lane, a current batch Certificate of Analysis, and the document set for your Incoterm.

Every batch is released on a Certificate of Analysis tested to NIS 571:2013 with AOCS / ISO methods; the nine parameters and their limits are on the specification pages. Ask for the COA by name if a specific batch matters to your file.

Quotation validity, risk and title, payment instruments, documents and the claims procedure are written in the terms of sale. Certification status is stated as it is on the quality page.
