Quotations and validity
Quotations are invitations to treat. Validity, currency and Incoterm are those stated on the quote. Prices are not published on this website.
Orders and trial lots
Minimum order quantity and trial-lot size are confirmed on the quote.
Delivery, risk and title
Load ports in use are Apapa (Lagos) and Tin Can Island (Lagos). Risk and title follow the Incoterm confirmed on the order.
Specifications and Certificate of Analysis
The contractual specification is the one agreed in writing. A Certificate of Analysis is issued per finished batch. Measured values on the COA are the batch facts; typical values on this site are not guarantees.
Governing law
