What we collect
The enquiry form collects first name, last name, work email, optional phone, company, country, enquiry type, product, optional quantity, message, and a source/page path used to understand which page sent you. A honeypot field is present only to reject automated posts. Server logs may record IP address, user agent and requested URL.
Why we use it
We use enquiry data to reply to quotes, Certificate of Analysis requests, sample requests and quality questions. That is a legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated.
Who processes it
Enquiry submissions are stored in a spreadsheet used by the sales team. If that connection is unavailable, the form opens your email client addressed to sales@emiagroindustries.com. Hosting is provided by the site host. This site does not currently run an analytics provider.
Retention
Enquiry rows and emails are retained as business correspondence for as long as needed to complete the enquiry and any subsequent order correspondence.
Your rights
