Ethical Sourcing
We buy from women's cooperatives in Kwara, Niger, Kaduna, and Kogi. We pay ₦1,000 per kg—above market rate.
2
Strict Inspection
Every batch checked for moisture and quality. Bad nuts rejected. Good nuts get batch codes for traceability.
3
Thorough Cleaning
Stones, debris, and dust removed. Only clean kernels proceed to processing.
4
Gentle Roasting
Low temperature (45-50°C). Just enough to release the butter without damaging it.
5
Cold Pressing
Mechanical pressing. No heat. No chemicals. Pure shea butter with all nutrients intact.
6
Double Filtration
First 200 microns (removes big particles). Second 100 microns (polish to export quality).
7
Laboratory Testing
FFA test, moisture test, melting point, color grade, pH level. Pass = Certificate of Analysis.
8
Proper Packaging
